Shh! Be very, very quiet. I’m determined to tell you about my new novella without Jaunty hearing about it. I’m not doing another Jaunty interview if I can avoid it. Here’s the cover for the novella, which is on sale at etailers today.
And here’s a little editing magic so you can see who inspired my image of the spy Blue.
What do you think? Unfortunately, Leo wasn’t in the budget.
Notice the title has the word blue in it and the model’s eyes are very blue. That’s because this one is about Blue, a spy I first introduced in Lord and Lady Spy. His code name is Blue because he has vivid blue eyes. I never really thought of Blue as hero, but my readers are way smarter than I am. They saw his hero potential right away and asked for his book.
And today it’s on sale!! I mean, (shh, it’s available today). Before I sneak away,I want to make sure everyone knows this is a novella. For me that meant writing a more condensed book. It’s still a complete story with adventure, romance, and passion.
Shh! Did you hear that? I think Jaunty is on to us. Don’t make a sound!
Okay…I think he’s gone. Anyway, if you’re so inclined, check out The Spy Wore Blue and if you like it stay tuned for the next in the series, which comes out in September, True Spies.
And since Jaunty still hasn’t found me out, I think I have time for a giveaway. Enter to win a copy of Lord and Lady Spy by giving me your best secret elusive spy technique (or just say hi). The winner will be announced Sunday and contacted before then.
