Silhouette Desire Rocks!!

For the second month in a row all six of the Silhouette Desire titles are on the USAToday Best-seller list! That is fabulous and I’m not surprised because these types of books are my favorite kind of fiction. They are full of glamor, glitz, strong alpha-heroes and of course gossip and scandal!

What about you? What’s your favorite kind of romance? I’ll send a copy of my upcoming Desire release Master of Fortune to one lucky blog participant!

Katherine :)

I haven’t read that many Silhouettes. But the ones I read were Special Editions and I loved them. My favorites romances are Historical & Contemporary. I also like Paranormal and Suspense. I guess variety is the spice of romance

I read Silhouette and Harlequins a lot several years ago. Lately, I’ve been reading historicals, but still read some contemps. I like the Alpha male, too, as long as he can also show is gentle side as well as humor.

I love mills and boon modern romance. I love Alpha males. I like strong fiesty women who are a bit quirky too. I love books that have the heroine needing something from the hero and his mind id on revenge. I love a bit of forcefulness too. I def love a bit of caveman tactics, also love a sense of humour in my hero’s. I really enjoyed Emily McKay’s ‘In the tycoons debt’ recently. It was so well written and modern, fast paced and punchy. I wait for the 3rd of every month which is when the new mills and boon’s come into my local store bout 15 a month I think and stock up for the rest of the month. I’m starting to read a bit more silhouette recently and am loving them!!!I also love anthing with a cowboy. Being from Ireland we have a romantic view of the wild west and cowboys are always portrayed as being all sweaty and tough with a soft side and I think if I ever heard anyone say ‘ y’all’ in real life I’d swoon.except Dr Phill, he doesn’t do it for me

Nowadays I read mostly historicals and occasionally contemps. But, if I am in a mood, I´ll grap my hands to Harlequin Present or Special Edition.

I read all romance! I usually choose by the blurb on the back of the book.

I do read all kinds of romances, but Desires were among the first categories I read regularly! I still think they’re very fun reads–short but fun stories and hot!
