A big Jaunty welcome back to Bella Andre! *shines up quills* She just couldn’t stay away. Too sizzling, this porcupine is!
Bella, your new series says it is “The seals of the firefighting world.” Sizzle! Can you expand on that?
Of course I can, Jaunty! In a nutshell (which I’m sure you can crack with a single sharp point of your quills!), the firefighters I’m writing about are the elite of the elite, the men who run into fires that everyone else runs from. They’re all about adrenaline. All about the brotherhood. And utterly addicted to risk.
Synopsis?
WILD HEAT is about Logan Cain,a hotshot who’s the best of the best. Maya Jackson is the sultry beauty he never saw coming, targeting him as her number-one suspect in a string of deadly wildfires. But when Maya’s life is threatened, Logan vows to protect the woman sworn to bring him down. And as desire ignites, nothing-not the killer fire or the killer hot on their trail-can douse the flames….
I’m hot! Sizzling hot! How do I get a shot at being a hotshot?
Um, I suppose you could try out for the crew…unless that persnickety “human only” rule kicks in…Plus, there’s the small matter of you looking like you just came off the BBQ. 
Sounds like it would singe my quills. I checked out your website and I see you have feng shui tips. Can you help me find Ms. Porcuright? *bats eyes* I keep having quills jabbed into my prickly heart.

Bella Andre!! I am SUCH a fan! (We’re even facebook friends, so I am absolutely in LUV with your writing!) My favorite book of yours was “Take Me.” Absolutely loved the heroine and the hero still makes me smile. “Tempt Me, Taste Me, Touch Me” just made me a dedicated fan…loved the three stories, how they interconnected and how all three were so different yet flowed similarly.
I am definetly taking this opportunity to ask a few questions! Are you planning on writing any more football hero books?
How do you decide what your going to write about? I absolutely love how none of your books are the same, they all delve into something a little different.
What is one thing that other authors do that you try not to do or that annoys you when you see it?

I loved writing TAKE ME – Travis and Lily were so much fun, even when he was being a you-know-what. Actually, especially then! Thanks for asking questions – let’s see about answering them.
Wow, you’ve absolutely made my day!
I would love to write more football hero books. In fact I have a couple already planned – right now it’s mostly an issue of scheduling. But I will certainly shout it from the rooftops if/when I get the chance to write more Bad Boys of Football books.
As for how I decide what to write about, honestly, my process changes from book to book. Like with TAKE ME, for instance, I literally dreamed the set-up and characters. (Universe, if you’re listening, I’ll take that again, please!) With RED HOT REUNION, I had started to get flyers inviting me to my 10 year college reunion. What if two people who’d had a nasty breakup were reunited? And it turned out they were each other’s true love after all? With GAME FOR ANYTHING, I was in the shower when the idea of a publicist taming a wild football bad boy popped into my head – esp if he’d taken her virginity on high school grad night many years earlier. It seemed so juicy… And with WILD HEAT, my agent had been talking about firefighters for years and my husband was a volunteer firefighter. So it was only natural that I should be on wikipedia and find out about these elite firefighters called HOTSHOTS. The rest is history!
