I’ve always had favorite TV couples….Scarecrow and Mrs. King, Remington Steele and Laura, Mac and Harm (from Jag), Buffy and Angel…but I was trying to think of who in the current television lineup has me rooting for them to get together and I realize I can’t think of anyone….except maybe Will and Grace to get together–even though I know that’s impossible
Keep in mind I don’t have cable so there may be great couples on other channels…..but I’d really like to know if there are some shows I should be watching….

Well, there’s Grey’s Anatomy…there are several couples on there you can choose to root for, plus the bonus of GREAT storylines.

I have several couples that I’m rooting for. (And Cindy, I’m with you on the Will and Grace thing.)
Kate and Sawyer (Lost) – Yes, I love Jack, but there’s just something about the chemistry between these two that really knocks a gal’s socks off! And that kiss last season…Wow! I think my T.V. melted!
Sealy Booth and “Bones” Brennan (Bones)- Another case of great chemistry. I just love their banter. And David Boreanaz ain’t hard on the eyes either!
Martin and Sam (Without a Trace) I loved them together last season and hate the distance that has grown between these two. More Sam and Martin please!

Kim,
I agree, Martin and Sam on Without a Trace were great….what happened this season?
April,
I love Grey’s Anatomy….but I find myself rooting for McDreamy and his wife, instead of him and Meredith.

For understated UST, there’s CSI, the original. Grissom and Sara have had chemistry from the start, and then there’s Catherine and Warrick. Yeah, the writers threw a wrench in the works by having Warrick suddenly marry this season, but we know better.
The best is still Mulder and Scully. No one puts as much emotion and meaning into three little words as David Duchovny when Mulder demands “Where is she?” when Scully is hurt or missing. Sci-Fi channel is running X-Files again, so that counts as current, doesn’t it?

Well, I’m kind of sick of McDreamy…would like to see something with Mereditha nd Duffy, the heart transplant patient. He’s a cutie. And Izzie and Alex are interesting. I’m rooting for that screw-up Alex.

Grissom and Sara from CSI: Las Vegas, those two really need to do something before they explode lol.
I use to vote for Phebe and Cole, but we all know how that ended but now they have Piper and Leo having troubles and that is soo wrong. They belong together.
I’m with everyone else, I think Will and Grace need to hook up..they soo understand eachother and have always been there.
BTW hubby thinks Grissom and Catherine should hook-up.
